Orphan AU/Story Ideas
The purpose of this page is to give authors ideas for new AUs. Basically, and I know I'm guilty of this, some authors and non-authors have idea-bunnies running amok in their heads, but either don't have the time, the inclination, or a full-fledged plot to bring the story to light. So if you have an idea, or even a full-fledged plot, that you would like to make available to others to play with, please e-mail me your idea.

*PLEASE READ*
In the interest of keeping things fair, no one author may claim full rights to any AU created from an idea on this page. What does that mean you ask? Let's say IdeaX is what if the guys were circus performers? AuthorA and AuthorB both come up with stories using this idea. By some chance they both have Chris as the head of the circus and the lion tamer, Ezra is the ring master, JD & Vin are trick riders, Josiah is the strong man, Nathan is their medic and knife thrower, and Buck is a trapeze artist. Neither author can say, Hey! You stole my idea.
Original characters, however, do remain the author's property.
Simply put - Ideas are Open. Original characters are Closed, unless the author states otherwise in the header of their story. If permission for use of Original Characters is given privately this should also be put in the header.
Most of this is common courtesy but it doesn't hurt to remind people. If you have any questions/comments feel free to e-mail me.
